A befuddling melodramatic anti-romantic horror about normalised mental illness born and shared through the social isolation provided by overt digitalization and addiction to social media content.
Pushing unhelpful ideologies, the film is a nihilist
escapade (inscapade) born of apathetic narcissism. Presenting a depressive show of middle
America feeling like North Korea to ungrateful humans who have privileged
living arrangements but no appreciation.
Ironically, this feels like a film that was made for
releasing on YouTube for free but still sometimes has some eerily beautiful
cinematography. The lead actress (Anna Cobb) is undeniably a talented prodigy.
Watch this if you wish to have the cringe face for 85
minutes and are scared for future generations.
The only message that should be taken from this film is
this: We destroy ourselves because we follow our devil-worshipping overlords
and have rejected the idea of a good God.
